THE T STORE was started in 2019 by Jojo Barr.

Jojo, the founder of acclaimed Interior Design Studio, House Nine Design, conceived the idea of a trustworthy and reliable women's t-shirt brand during a walk one day in Primrose Hill with her husband Brad, a clothing industry professional, and their newborn daughter Ziggy. 

While navigating the challenges of new motherhood and managing her business, Jojo found there was no brand she could rely on for a single white t-shirt, let alone all the essential pieces she needed under one roof, to look and feel her best.

"As a busy working mum, I understand the need for comfort without compromising on style and confidence. I envisioned everyday essentials that seamlessly transition from day to night, from the gym to the boardroom. These pieces can be dressed up or down, are durable, timeless, and withstand the demands of a hectic life. My absolute goal with this brand is to empower women and help make them feel good in what they wear."
