How do I return?

For UK Customers, all returns can be easily and quickly set up using our Returns Portal   through Royal Mail. £2.50 will be taken off the amount of your refund.

You can send item back using a service of your choice but will be liable for the cost of that.

How to use the service:-

  1. Go to the Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order number, return reason and contact details.
  3. Create Label.
  4. Please return in original packaging if possible with your name and order number.

 What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts are not returnable unless faulty

Are there any charges for return?

  • £2.50 for UK returns. Only available via our Royal Mail Returns Portal.
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping via any other method
  • Original express shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping from outside UK

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
